The Managing Authority and the Joint Technical Secretariat of the CENTRAL EUROPE Programme are pleased to invite you to the Programme´s annual event to be held on 23-24 November 2010 in Prague, Czech Republic.

The two-day-event will discuss Programme´s achievements and challenges for its future. A mixture of political and thematic discussions, workshops, as well as exhibition area will be organized highlighting the current and future benefits of transnational cooperation in Central Europe.

For the political discussions high level panellists have been invited who should discuss the future outlook of regional cooperation and especially of the CENTRAL EUROPE area. The thematic discussions will be targeted at two thematic priorities of the Programme: “Transport & Accessibility”, as well as “Demographic & Social Change”.

In addition to the public discussions internal workshops are being prepared for the project partners participating in projects covering, similarly to the focus of the panel discussions, topics related to two Programme’s priorities: “Accessibility” and “Competitiveness of cities and regions”. These workshops should strengthen exchange of ideas and experience between partners from the first and second call.

This challenging and exciting mix of activities are aiming at strengthening of interaction between project partners, regional development professionals, politicians and other relevant actors in the field of regional development. At the same time the event represents an outstanding opportunity to meet.
